What Happens Next
1. You get in touch. Call or email. A sentence or two about your space is plenty; you do not need a brief, a budget or a plan.
2. I reply personally. Usually within one working day, with a few friendly questions or a suggestion of when we might meet.
3. We meet at your home. We walk the space and talk about how you live. No obligation.
4. You get a clear written proposal. Scope and fees set out plainly, with no hidden extras, and all the time you need to think it over.

No Project Too Small
A single room, a colour consultation or a whole house. All are welcome and all are worth doing properly.
No Need for a Plan
Most clients arrive with a feeling rather than a brief. Drawing out that feeling is precisely my job.
No Obligation
The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing at all. If I am not right for your project, I will say so.
Where I Work
I am based in Bush Hill Park, Enfield and work with homeowners all across the London area.
I also take on projects further afield, so please do ask even if you are outside London.

How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one working day. Every enquiry comes directly to me and I answer it myself.
Is the first phone consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Afterwards you receive a clear written proposal setting out scope and fees, so you can decide in your own time.
What should I include in my message?
Whatever you have. The room or rooms you are thinking about, where you live, roughly when you would like to start, and anything you already know you want. If you have none of that yet, just say hello.
Do you work outside North London?
Yes. North London is home, but I regularly take on projects in central London and further afield. Do ask.
